Counties vs Countries in Europe
Richard Corbett is somewhat missing the point. The UK has been a union of countries since 1707 (IIRC) and therefore we make decisions on National Institutions nationally not county by county.
The EU was a Trade Union and it is because people feel that politicians want to turn it into union of countries that they are rejecting the EU.
